Second week staying here, they upgraded my room, didn’t ask for an upgrade. It’s nice and quiet when it’s time to sleep. Staff is considerate to my needs, very friendly and helpful. Short walk to restaurants, State St and Pier.

Perfect for a getaway
Front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for my sightseeing walks around Santa Barbara. Would certainly go back to this hotel again.

We stayed here for its proximity to the harbor, where we were sailing. Easy 10 minute walk. Liked having a kitchen so we could. Pretty well equipped for a hotel room kitchen.

Really loved this hotel. Room was great as included a full kitchen which we made use of. Pool and hot tub were great. Never busy when we were there and towels freely available next to the pool. Small offerings of drinks in reception was nice and also good value. And made use of the cheese and wine freebie which was a nice touch. Yes breakfast area was not very big and in colder months might be challenging if no one goes to use the outside tables. But the food offered was great and good selection. Beds were comfy.

Location is good. Breakfast is so so, pastries, oatmeal and some sort of egg bite. Our room smelled slightly of cigarettes. Beds were comfy and clean.

In the area for work and stayed here. Place is quiet, good parking, staff is very friendly and helpful, they have bikes at our disposal. Everything is in walking distance. More than likely going to stay here again.

This is a very cute place. My wife really likes the inner courtyard…quaint and cozy. The rooms are a bit dated but still cute. Feels more like a B&B than a hotel. The sparkling wine was a nice touch for our VIP package! This is our second time staying here, both for UCSB parent’s weekend. While about 10min from campus, it was only a couple minutes to State street and all that it offers. You can walk to the main beach/pier easily. I wish the pool/hot tub hours ran later though! Closing at 9pm is too early!

We enjoyed the wine and cheese happy hour each night and thr continental breakfast each morning. Staff were accomodating and courtyard setting was quiet and relaxing. Will definetly stay here again.

Older property but very clean and quiet. We had a kitchenette that was well stocked. Had a nice happy hour with wine and cheese. Great location, very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay there again.
