During your stay, delight in the luxurious amenities that define our beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, luxury bath essentials, a private washer & dryer, high-end linens, a Nespresso machine stocked with pods, creams, and sugar, and reserved parking— a rare convenience near the beach.

The warm and inviting living room features a 36” HD TV, sleeper sofa, French doors which open into a private, picturesque courtyard as well a Waterford fireplace that enhances its ambiance. The kitchen is a chef's dream, meticulously equipped with a stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, and custom PJ Mulligan cabinetry in a calming sea-foam green, capturing the calming essence of the ocean. A private washer & dryer are also conveniently located in the building.

Beyond the French doors in the living room a charming, private courtyard awaits, complete with an Italian fountain, chaise lounges, a gas grill, and a dining set— a perfect setting to sun-bathe and cook up local produce and seafood on the grill.

In the romantic bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with beautiful limestone surfaces. Delight in the spacious dual-head shower, perfect for two. Beneath an exquisite stone-carved portrayal of "the maiden," the Jacuzzi tub provides an ideal setting to unwind after a day at the beach.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and blocks from Stearn’s Wharf and the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, as well as the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
