Full of natural light and luxurious details, City Terrace is an ideal place to find your home away from home. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is tucked away just off of the iconic State Street and is very accessible to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. It boasts a walking score of 82 and a bike score of 72.

City Terrace is where outdoor and indoor living seamlessly come together to create an oasis of relaxation and serenity. Cook a meal on the BBQ outside as you listen to the relaxing sound of the small fountain on the patio. Bask in the Santa Barbara sunshine on the plush outdoor seating (not pictured) or enjoy a meal al fresco at the bistro table.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need- from daily necessities to thoughtful additions, such as an espresso machine. Eat at the bar or enjoy a meal on either the indoor or outdoor dining tables. Curl up on the living room couch with a good book or to binge-watch your favorite new show. Great location and comfortable outdoor space

The property is in a great location and easy to get to the restaurants, farmers market, Mission, and short drive to the beaches. Great neighborhood overall... walkable and beautiful location.
