Super nice el hotel.

The heated pool was the best part for us. Loved the restaurant Lagunas it had a good breakfast buffet and dinner was great too. Area was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean, the food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. We were there during New Year’s, and while everything exceeded our expectations, the only issue we encountered was the lack of available parking when we returned late after the New Year’s Eve party at the theme park. However, I’m confident this was only due to the holiday rush, as parking wasn’t an issue on other nights. One standout moment was the resort’s exceptional handling of a lost laptop. We accidentally left it in our room, and the staff immediately responded to let us know they were searching for it. Within a day, they confirmed they had found it and shipped it to us, arriving in just two days. Their efficiency and communication were truly impressive. The amenities at the resort were another highlight. The heated pool, complete with a beautiful waterfall feature, was picture-perfect and incredibly relaxing. Though we didn’t have the chance to experience the sports bar, it looked like a lot of fun and is something we’ll definitely check out on our next visit. Overall, the stay was excellent—affordable, with roomy suites, good food, and lovely amenities. If you’re looking for a great option outside the Disney-themed resorts, this place is a perfect choice, and we can’t wait to return this year!

I recently visited Westgate for the first time during our holiday break, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment we arrived, it became clear this was going to be a memorable experience. The resort is incredibly convenient, located close to all the major attractions, which made our trips to nearby parks and entertainment spots so much easier. Whether you're planning to explore the area or just relax, the location is ideal. One of the highlights for me was the pool area. It was well-maintained, spacious, and a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The only thing I wish was included was the water park. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Westgate and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the amenities, and be close to all the fun things Orlando has to offer. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!

If their prices would stay affordable all year long. I will probably continue going here. It is a great experience!
