This three bedroom two bath all one level, bottom floor unit has newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new furnishings, gas fireplace and nice deck. Lakefront development with swimming pool, beach, pier, tennis, large indoor spa, clubhouse, volleyball court, various picnic facilities and adjacent to public boat launch. Close to public parks, bike path, hiking, other beaches and Tahoe City with fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Central location with access to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski resorts.

The indoor spa is open in the winter months - Closes 3/31/2024. The outdoor spa will open seasonally with the pool(Memorial Day 2024).

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Excellent accommodation

Condominium has been upgraded. Very comfortable. Excellent location. Property management company was very helpful and prompt. The hot tub which is indoors is not that appealing. But overall an excellent winter location and experience.

Perfect stay

The place was very clean and perfect for us. Family with 3 teenage girls skiing at Squaw and Alpine. Also not far from Tahoe XC and a short drive into Tahoe City.
