We just wrapped up five nights at Shibuya Stream and could not have been happier with our experience there. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and peaceful, and the location was perfect with direct access to so many parts of Tokyo. (My daughter also loved the amenities in the lobby!)

We had a lovely 3 days in the hotel. Easy access from Shibuya station which makes it easy to travel to other parts of the city if you wish. The hotel itself was equipped with great amenities and location meant many great dining and shopping options within a short walk. Perfect spot for out few days in Shibuya

Excellent location in Shibuya and close to many excellent dining options! Also close to Shibuya station which made public transportation very convenient! Hotel room was very clean. Bathroom design could use some updating but overall our stay was very comfortable.

Perfect Location
Perfectly positioned at Shibuya Station with everything you need nearby. The hotel was clean, it was modern with a great view of Tokyo tower of that’s the room you’re given.

Wonderful Hotel, Great Location
My husband and I spent the end of December/beginning of January here at Shibuya Stream. We made reservations with breakfast included. The staff was amazing! Everyone speaks several different languages. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and plentiful. They even had vegetarian choices. The room was clean and super quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great area for shopping, food, transportation. Hotel itself is a bit bland. Beds/pillows are not up to par for the cost, the breakfast buffet is mediocre and the fitness room is a joke. There are two mats and one exercise bike. No weights.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Firstly the location is perfect. You are connected to all metro and train lines, so easy to get around. And then my room was so big for Japan and I had a gorgeous view of Tokyo Tower. It was a dream stay and I was devastated to leave! Would love to come back!
