Excellent hotel near the beach in Ventura downtow!
We had excellent time here. Service is amazing. Room and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has lot of options. Location is 5 minutes walk from the beach and is in downtown with many restaurants nearby. We will definitely return here.

Was immediately pleased with helpful and friendly staff, that was a great start to our little impromptu overnighter getaway. Even with their computer system being down. Nice room, comfy beds.. Walkable to downtown, tons of food and shopping options. Equally convenient to the pier and coastline. Would def recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Oh yeah, and they sereved a great hot breakfast in the morning!

This hotel was a great location. It is right next to a train and freeway but nothing that woke us up. Actually, my son loved looking at the trains go by. It was a short walk to downtown and the pier. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

Everything was great. Lorena is an absolute gem!! We specified we would be paying cash at check out. When checking out the man up front already had a receipt for a credit card transaction. We did not authorize that. We paid cash and had to tell him to give us a receipt that read CASH paid. We weren’t happy with that at all. That’s why the 4 stars. Lorena… she’s a 10 star employee for sure.

Reasonably priced medium average quality
Pool and spa area was good, continental breakfast and Happy hr was nice. Carpet in rooms were not the cleanest, bathroom sink trap had a very strong smell. Hotel was close to a lot of different city activities such as botanical gardens downtown, great pizza place Tony’s Pizzaria a cute tiki bar and Rubicon theater. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place with nice amenities this is a a good spot. Minus the little room details. Staff was nice too!

The property was great. Super close to everything. The rooms were great the jacuzzzi was very nice the people were super as well. The only issue I had was there was no ice in the whole hotel. But we will still come back.
