Great location, comfortable hotel
We stayed for one night. The hotel is in a great location in Ventura. Walkable to downtown, the farmers market and the beach. The room was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was charming, cozy and conveniently located near the Main Street, for shopping, dining, and listening to music. And all of the staff were super friendly and eager to please. So much nicer than a large chain hotel!

I have stayed there for years and the parking has gotten bad. I like the restaurant next door, great food and easy to get to. Breakfast is ok, room was small. Overall it was ok.

Clocktower Inn---Outdated Facility
Paint can not cover up the fact the hotel is outdated. The bathroom was from the 1960s. With no grab bars, taking a shower felt dangerous. Repair of the bathroom tiles had been sloppy. Ventilation was poor. Chair comfort was bad. Saturday/Sunday breakfast was OK/satisfactory. Monday breakfast was minimal. We would not stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet considering it is right next to a park and restaurant. Very close to shopping and dining. Their breakfast was good as well.
