Rude staff, except for cleaning lady. She was very nice. Overworked cleaning staff can’t do everything. But hair is in the shower and Too big long hair on my bed is not something that I want. It was disgusting. I will never go back to this property again. I plan on calling Expedia and wanting some sort of compensation fo having to shower where someone left hail that they shaved off in the shower DISGUSTING. Someone was playing music and one of the rooms until after 3:30 in the morning there’s no way I could even sleep. I have dark circles under my eyes and I’m very upset.

I found hairs in the bed under the top sheet. The television was non-functioning. HVAC unit worked well. Shower was surprisingly very nice.

I was kept up all night long, and into the morning by the upstairs neighbor. The fake wood flooring is no insulation for noise; walking, guests dropping things. It was awful! The exterior grounds were filthy, and dog poop was not cleaned up. The driveway parking area is filthy. My key failed multiple times, and at one point, I thought that I would be forced to sleep in my car. The TV & remote is terrible. The noise was the biggest issue. I think that I maybe got one hour of sleep? The bed was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again. I don’t recommend this motel at all. I’m not sure where all of the positive reviews are from? It’s utterly impossible for this motel to have that many authentic, positive reviews.
