A wonderful vacation.
We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Hotel. This is our third time we have stayed here and every time we’ve stayed at the Majestic Hotel our experience has been wonderful. The rooms are very clean and any time we have requested items from housekeeping they have been brought to us right away. It was a great vacation.

Very nice hotel with two restaurants and a gift shop/deli. Close walk (1 mile) from Disney and a free shuttle to from Disney if you don’t want to walk. Would definitely stay again while traveling to Disney!

Our time there was magical and the staff was outstanding excellent customer service by all. Zeke in the Garden Bistro consistently checked on us and made sure our cups were always filled. He even checked if we wanted coffee to go. Steven the shuttle driver quick, efficient, and fair. Steven is a quiet man but very kind. I love staying at this hotel.

For the first time I was charged early check in even though I have not been many times before- I have stayed at this hotel happily almost ten times in the past. It is very disappointing to have this charge. I explained twice to two different employees we hadn’t been charged before because we are vip Expedia and hotels.com members but they said it was managers discretion and based on room availability. The room wasn’t even completely clean which I didn’t even make a fuss about- there was toilet paper in the toilet not flushed and refuse in the waste bin. I wish we didn’t have to leave this review because we have stayed here so many times before but it seems the $50 dollars was more important- very sad the staff was so rude about this even

Mid Hotel. Perfect Location for Disney.
Average hotel, but close to DIsney w free shuttle. There were 3 staff checking in guests. I noted 2 were super friendly, but the one I got (older, dark hair) was so rude it just started the stay with a bad vibe .

Everything was great! Just some advice for the mini market. Treat Hotel Guest like they are welcome. It was awkward. Room for improvement. Thank You to everyone for our relaxing stay. We will return to try out restaurants and bar. Very Gorgeous decorations. The price of the parking felt over priced. Overall happy to return and great photo spot throughout the Hotel.

The room was horrible, I understand that housekeeping goes in and does a fast cleaning but that room needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom ceiling was bad, it looks like it needs a repair and the tub drained very slow, couldn’t take a shower without the tub filling up quickly.
