The front desk staff was pleasant but the rooms were nasty, the carpeting is old and dirty and the elevators smell like death. We reserved 2 rooms and in one room the air conditioner wasn’t working, the bathroom was dirty and the phone didn’t work. We took the shuttle to Disneyland with our daughter and SIL and 2 grandchildren the driver let everyone on but told my SIL who had the stroller he couldn’t get on because he already 2 strollers on the bus even though there was plenty of room so he had to wait by himself for the next shuttle. Since changing management this place has taken a nose dive!! Even the breakfast buffet is not good but the restaurant staff was very nice. Won’t stay here again.

Great hotel. The shuttle is so convenient and I love all the holiday decor. Parking was a little tough and the toilets would take a bit to flush. It was also a bit hard to locate our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Property was very pretty! Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was a 10 minute bus ride (free shuttle) to the parks. They offer a very cute movie night on the lawn on Friday nights. It is close to shopping and food. Rooms were cleaned and larger than other chains.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. I usually take my cat on my trips and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I happy that they allow all types of pets because hotels now only allow dogs(sadly) . My furry animal and I feel safe and the rooms are big which gives my pet enough space to relax.The shuttle to the park is a plus and the bus drivers are always so kind. Very clean and convenient with food downstairs. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making it a comfortable place to stay. Recommend this hotel for your next stay to even just relax or to visit the Disney park ! (:

The hotel is infested with roaches. My parents were shamed by the hotel because they let the staff know. The staff accused my parents of wanting money for the inconvenience and my parents left embarrassed. I’m so disgusted with the situation that I called the hotel and was transferred at least four times. Dalia the front desk said she offered my dad his money back but mom said she said it in a degrading manner. I don’t ever want to stay at the Majestic Garden hotel.

The moment I walked into the hotel, staff were so friendly and I was excited with all the Halloween, Disney themed decorations they put out! Our room had clean sheets, comfortable beds, great AC, spacious, and quiet. Our room felt a little dark since all the furniture and sink were dark colored. Very understandable since the place is older. Shuttle service was free and very convenient! And I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. I wad surprised that they had an overnight parking fee of $25/night but understandable since it’s less than 2 miles from the park.
