This was a perfect long weekend stay for me and my sister! The property offered multiple dining options and the shuttle to and from Disneyland was so convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel employees were always friendly and helpful when we had questions. The grounds were well maintained with multiple outdoor areas to sit and enjoy a coffee before heading to the parks or unwind after returning. We also arrived the day after Halloween and the decorations that were still displayed were amazing. Very fun and would stay here again.

1 mile from Disney. Average hotel.
The property was large and close to Disneyland but very average and kind of old (actually smelled like an antique shop). Some of it updated, some not. In the room it felt sort of like a fixed up motel. The bathroom and the bathroom door were awkwardly narrow. The bathtub had a crack at the bottom with some shoddy patchwork. And the upgraded “castle” room we got came with a bunk bed that had awkward looking brown covers on the mattresses. The blanket underneath felt questionably clean and like something you’d find camping. But my least favorite part was being there for a dance recital with dozens of parents who had to meet their kids back at the hotel during a time their shuttles only ran every hour. Many of us were left standing for over an hour for the next shuttle… That was something they should have planned for.

I usually don't write reviews on places I stay but for this hotel there are somethings I wish I knew before booking so I hope this can help just one person. While the hotel is nice on the outside, inside it seemed to be very outdated and old there really was nothing special about it iv'e definitely stayed at better hotels before and apparently we had booked a VIP room which I'm assuming is supposed to be nicer but I really didn't see anything crazy about our room not to mention the hotel itself is HUGE. It's a really big hotel and its almost impossible to find your room, we spent about 30 minutes trying to find our room when we first got there. My main issue wasn't even this it was that 1. they limit the use of wifi to only 2 devices while you stay with them so if you are traveling with more than 3 people and you plan on using their wifi I wouldn't recommend this place 2. I know every hotel does this but I just thought it would be nice to add they do put a hold on a card for 200$ as a security deposit for the hotel security but mine was returned back to me within 4 days 3. my main issue with the hotel is that you have to pay almost 30$ each day for parking. Iv'e never been to a hotel where they charge that much for parking each day. Now I will add they do have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from Disneyland but its basically the same price to park your own car at Disney for 30$. Don't park both at Disney and this hotel bc then your paying 60$ everyday for parking.
