Issues: - First room given was NOT cleaned. it was completely undone and we had to walk all the way back to the front desk for a new room with a toddler and all of our luggage in hand (no bell hop service). This is already around 11pm at night and we were coming from the Oasis Tower (far end of the property). - Issues with mobile ordering for room service. Tried multiple attempts and eventually had to place an order via phone to ensure we were able to get some food before services ended at midnight. - New room had a shelf in the shower that was not useable (needs to be re-glued). At this point, it is past midnight and we were just too tired to call down, repack, and move all of our things. We are Marriott Bonvoy hotel members, and this is the first time we've had a less than stellar/perfect experience. It was very surprising to be honest.

We had a bad experience we coud not sleep.The neighbors next door woke us up at 1:00 am and would not let us sleep. We called twice to have someone come take care of the problem and had to go downstairs to resolve issue.
