Staff from front desk is not friendly. Gave us worse room ever. Never explained about the breakfast that I paid for. No information how to get in the bus. He just ask me to slide my card for payment. Requesting a balcony online with view not lower and view with parking lot. I thought paying more is better room and service but I am wrong. Not coming back again . Staff from the dining is helpful and they are friendly. Only the room didn’t enjoy and tge front desk.

We didn’t get one of the upgraded rooms. The lobby and hotel restaurants looked great, the valet and bellhops were friendly and helpful as well as the front desk. We did not try anything in the hotel but it was clean and easy access to the parks.

It just didn’t have a premium feel. The lobby was nice but the room seemed cold and generic - like it could have been a La Quinta or Holiday in. The tile floors didn’t help but I suppose they are easier to clean.
