The beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Distance to Disney can't be beat. Employees were kind and helpful. Parking is questionable. Lot is extremely small. They charge for parking but only reserve a few spaces for self parking. They do offer valet which is an additional fee. Your vehicle will be blocked in.

Loved my stay there. Staff was always please to to help with a smile. My only "issue" is how loud the footsteps (and especially the housekeeping carts) were when they went by on the 2nd floor. It didn't ruin our vacation or stay in anyway. More of a heads up

Good location older room showing age. Shower is very low pressure and TV is very limited in channels if it works at all. Wifi also quit working after first night and would not connect our remaining 2 nights.

Workers at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The Valet attendant Genesis was great. Not sure if she ever goes home because she was there the whole time we were there 😳 but Genesis was super friendly and gave us ideas and suggestions on how to make our stay even better. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Listen, I assume that you're looking at this property because you're heading to DL/CA Adventure. And if you are, I recommend it highly. There are maybe a handful of properties closer to the park entrances (including those owned by the parks), and not by much. I mean, this spot is right next to the crosswalk that takes you to the gates. And the rooms are really nice! *Very* clean & comfy. A/C worked great; there's a fridge and microwave (great for in-room snacks/leftovers if you're looking to keep costs down--as much as that's possible). We were even greeted with fresh cookies at check-in and there was a lovely little towel elephant awaiting our arrival in the room. Really nice touches, especially for folks traveling with kids. Self-parking was full, so they upgraded us to valet for free. Parking is pricey so factor that in, though in my experience that's true of most places in the neighborhood--seems like it's always an add-on. We live in SoCal and are annual pass holders but we had family coming in for a full day including a fancy dinner with a dress code that required an outfit change. This was a great mini-splurge for that--nice to take a break midday and return for the less packed evening hours too. I'd absolutely stay here again!

What I didn't like was that when I got there a little after 4pm, there was no self parking. They know their bookings. There should be available parking. My only choice was to pay valet parking. In top of that, there was a $55 fee, for what I still don't know. I was told that I "might" get a portion of that returned. This really felt like extortion, but I had no choice. Very disappointing.
