This hotel is very close to Disneyland entrance, my favorite thing about it. It was clean and bedding and accommodations were perfect for my family. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the walls are thin, very early morning we heard EVERYTHING upstairs, kids stomping, crying jumping on beds etc. For this reason we probably won't stay here again, a good nights sleep is a necessity after long days with lots of walking at Disney parks.

Super convenient
Great little hotel! Right across the street from disneyland, and the valet allowed us to keep our car there for a fee after we checked out. It’s super affordable, so you get what you pay for. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s clean, with friendly staff, and super convenient for a Disney trip.

Close to the Disneyland resort. Didn’t spend much time in the room. Basically just slept there. Clean and comfortable. I’d stay again.

Clean and convenient location to Disneyland
The greatest convenince was the late check-in as I did not arrive until after the Disneyland park closed. But there was an issue with their system, and check-in did take 15 mins. There was no communication about whether there was daily room service. Room service replaced the one used towel, which was hanging up, replaced the coffee ammenities, but did not touch the bed. There was also a $50 security deposit charged to my credit card. That was a surprise considering the rule of 'all charges disclosed' at time of booking. Apparently that will be returned in 10 business days. Otherwise, very clean and very convenient location.

The "new system" attempted to charge us in the middle of the night when we had already paid in full through Expedia. Thankfully, our bank caught it and blocked it. The office staff confirmed it was an error the next morning, insisting they would look into it and let us know what happened. They did not. When we finally checked in about it again at the end of our trip, they only reiterated that they had a "new system" and apologized. We then received a bill from the hotel for the same amount after we left. They confirmed this was also an error, blaming it on the new system. All in all, it sounded like it was most likely a series of innocent mistakes, but it did not inspire confidence. I canceled the credit card I used with them to play it safe. Another thing we didn't realize in advance... it's basically valet parking only. There are about twice as many rooms as there are parking spots, so the valets are forced to constantly shuffle the cars. If you stay here, please tip them well; they do a great job and the situation isn't their fault. It also ended up being fine for us, since we were just walking into the park every day, but if you need to get your car in and out a lot during your hotel stay, maybe choose a different hotel. Also, heads up, there is no elevator. Not sure how ADA compliant this hotel is. Other than these issues, it was a great hotel. Clean, simple, and super convenient if you're doing Disney. My kid loved the bunk beds (under 5'2" is best).

The location to the park is great but the rooms leave a bit to be desired. Carpet is dirty and dingy, lack of towels and washcloths, soap, etc. Check in was difficult and slow.

We chose this hotel because of how close it is to Disney entrance and it was less expensive than the others beside it. But later found out they charge for parking, which is a gong show since the parking lot is probably half the size they need for the amount of guests. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, which sucked with small kids and our double stroller. They don’t clean or empty trash unless you ask, or just dump it outside the room yourself - and hope they give you more garbage bags and towels. The pool was freezing, but hot tub was nice. You can’t see the fireworks from this hotel, as it’s blocked by the larger one beside it.

Good enough hotel
This a great place if you just need a place to stay after a long day at Disneyland We got the king bed with pull out sofa bed room The rooms are small but clean Bed was a little run down not the most comfy. Customer service was great the front desk and valet were very kind and accommodating. A big plus also is it is practically directly across the street from the Disneyland walk in entrance At the time of booking this was the cheapest option for hotels directly across the street
