Staff could use training on normal property procedures and charges, received multiple different responses about one seemingly simple question (final result: was charged of course). My family's room was also not equipped with a full privacy curtain -- two panels of curtains ran about 1/4 way across the window on each side leaving 1/2 the window in middle completely open to passersby. Called down to front desk and were told someone would evaluate; this was not done. Steep parking policy -- $27/day fee and had to be off property by checkout time (if going to park across street, had to move vehicle elsewhere).

This place is a dump. The rooms are ghetto and it feels like a cheap roadside motel they rent by the hour. Do not recommend staying here.

I had to postpone my visit due to an injury, the hotel manager would not offer any assistance regarding a reschedule, refund or credit. The overall attitude of the staff and management was “tough, too bad for you , we're not going to help in anyway). Expedia personnel also attempted to get a reschedule or refund unsuccessfully, the hotel management simply did not care, they were only interested in me canceling my reservation without any credit, partial refund or rescheduling, so they could make more money by renting my room to someone else.
