Love the location. I have been staying here for at least 14 years. Even when it was the other name. Front desk could be a little more friendly when it comes to Customer service

Terrible room/ Customer Service
The room had a musty, moldy smell and felt old and worn. The bathroom sink was backed up, requiring maintenance to come fix the issue. When I checked out, I realized I had left money behind. When I asked to retrieve it, the front desk staff treated me as if I had never stayed there, escorting me back to the room as though I might steal something. I will never stay here again.

Just OK Hotel
Convenient location but just a 3 star hotel. The staff are friendly but they should come straight out and told us that they don't have late check-out policy instead of giving us the run around and wasting our time. Had to ask for room cleaning on day 2 or we would not have any service over the three nights stay.

Property is a bit of a catfish. It’s advertised as this “great hotel”, it’s not. Don’t be fooled by their photos, and appearance, it’s a motel. “Luxury plus room” booked this for a very important trip, expecting a better room than your standard room. “Luxury plus” means recently renovated, not a luxurious room, tried to get it upgraded, unfortunately they claimed they were full, so be it. The location is of course super convenient, with it being next to Disney, however there’s a best western even closer to Disney, which will have the same quality room, at half the cost.

Great service, staff had a great attitude when it came to giving us instructions on where to find our rooms. Only complaint is the AC wasnt working. We turned it on, worked for a few minutes then stopped. When we called to ask for help, the instructions given, still didnt allow the AC to work.

Good location
Location was perfect. On the first night the fifth floor (roof top) was closed for a private event. The main reason we reserved this hotel. Music blasting until around 11pm was not pleasant after coming tired from the parks and unable to sleep due to the loud music. The next night tried to go back up and apparently closed on Mondays. Unfortunate that we weren’t able to go up there.
