I called earlier to tell them we were gonna be late in our arrival. When we arrived, they sent us to the furthest building outside and we are both seniors. We needed the walk past the swimming pool, past the playground and arrive to a building for the elevator was broken. Our room was in the fourth floor. So no matter matter that I had called. They couldn’t save a room in the main building for two seniors that had already paid for five nights. It took them until the next day at 3 o’clock in the afternoon to give us the right room. Then, when I requested cleaning service, I found that whoever cleaned the room had left several nuts on top of our desk. She didn’t leave us any towels other than the ones I previously had, she didn’t leave us any plastic glasses, and she left the two windows opened so that the heat had to be on continuously until we noticed why. I came downstairs to report all these and they didn’t seem to care.
The buffet breakfast is similar to what other hotels offer for for free. Here there was a charge of $22 per person.
