Our rooms were sufficient for a nights stay, however I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness in our two rooms. Specifically, the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed at all. Water pressure and temperature were also nothing to brag about back home. Front desk staff were respectful and had us checked in relatively quickly. Other house staff were very busy and likely understaffed. The hotel is convenient for walking to and from Disneyland, but I'm not entirely convinced I'd stay here again.

The first night we stayed, our AC was having issues blowing cool air. It would blow cold air, then turn off, then blow warm air, then cold air. When we first walked into the room it was 76 degrees. I turned on the AC to cool the room down. My family and I left and when we came back it was 80 degrees. I called front desk and they said they were going to have maintenance check it out. They came and said that everything looks fine. That night, I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room and I asked to be transferred to a different room. The second room we had the fire alarm would go off due to the steam that comes from the shower so that was an inconvenience also. I also had trouble with our key cards.They gave us two copies but for some reason only one key card would work. Overall, I just didn’t have a good experience staying here.

1. I had to swap my key card at the front desk approximately six or seven times because it was not working. During our four-day stay, we had to change cards every day. 2. It is preferable to use a tap-enabled key card rather than inserting the card into the lock mechanism.
