The 2 star rating is purely for the staff as they were all professional and nice. The buffet breakfast was yummy and the buffet staff were excellent.
The hot tub was closed due to “entrapment”, when their website (and Expedia) advertised a hot tub. All of the corners in the rooms have not been vacuumed in YEARS it looks like, each corner is filled with thick dust (gross). We had 3 rooms total for all family and each room was like this, not just our room. The bathtubs aren’t super clean (there was hair in the bath tub upon arrival), the drains take forever to drain, housekeeping didn’t provide enough towels each restock, the bed sheets had holes in them & when we asked for an extra comforter they gave us an old worn out duvet withOUT a cover on it! Housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways at 9:30PM, 2 nights in a row. Every single wall outlet is old and chargers hang out of them (seems dangerous).
All in all this hotel needs some serious upgrades and work in the housekeeping department.
Also, it’s a 35+ minute walk to Disney, not 12.
