We love staying at the JW Marriott for our Disney trips. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are new and comfy. No noises between rooms either. Safe and plush place for our family to rest in between busy park days. Thanks to Joy for helping us with our check in and making our stay special.

Beautiful and quiet! Much needed peace from the busy day. Was told there would be a daily credit of $30 if purchase was made and charged to room but that was never the case. Somethings seemed to not connect well like the buffet not knowing we had breakfast included and the only wifi available without charging extra was the general public wifi

Really loved the propert and its ambiance. The only reason why I give it a 4/5 was because check-in was at 4 and we were in the lobby waiting to be “checked-in” passed an hour. So we got our room way after 4.

This hotel was great for our family and our Disneyland trip! Was an easy 15-20 minute walk through the garden walk to the park gates. The free breakfast was awesome! Our only complaint was the pool heater wasn’t working and the pool was freezing. Also the pool wasn’t very kid friendly, you pretty much had to walk through the bar to get to it. Other than that we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was so neat by, which we found so convenient. We got the park view room and were able to see the fireworks while being there. Staff was beyond friendly, everyone there was so welcoming and made our stay so pleasant. During our stay we felt so safe there because of the security they had.
