Being robbed
When I arrived, I asked specifically for all charges explaine. The receptionist said only one charge one flat rate so I asked does this include deposit? He said the total amount he will charge included deposit, parking, & tax. I woke up the next morning with almost the same amount DUPLICATE charged on my card! I raced downstairs and asked what is going on and the receptionist at the time (different than the guy at check in) told me that my real final charge was a few dollars different than what he was supposed to charge me so their system “automatically processed” a deposit of literally almost the same amount at check in! I was furious!!! When I asked how come the guy the night before didn’t just charge me the right amount to avoid this “extra hold” he said “poor customer service” for not sharing this information with me as he is familiar with the fact that the system does this. Then upon check out, the other receptionist (3rd one) was so unhelpful with all of the questions I was asking her. All I wanted was a copy of the duplicate charge they took as proof and she said she can’t. When I asked how I can know if my money will be released she said she doesn’t know. Every question I asked I got the answer “I don’t know” back from her. The day before Christmas and I’m still waiting on my money to be returned. The bank keeps blaming the hotel, the hotel keeps promising they “released” my money back to me. This feels like a new scam and it’s disgusting. Never staying here again!

Spotlessly clean, great view of Disneyland fireworks nightly. Staff had everything ready for us and were quick to remedy last-minute changes with a smile. Very accommodating! Shuttle bus to Disneyland was quick and easy.

Our personal property stolen very uncomfortable
Hotel is quite a distance from park. Not as close as the others. Rooms and flooring are harsh and bright like a hospital room. Pool only 3 ft. The worst part which completely ruined our stay was our bag with valuable souvenirs being taken/ stolen/ or thrown away by housekeeping. Our items were clearly taken while we were at the park for the day and hotel staff refuses to address the situation. Warning do not stay at this hotel. You will be thankful to avoid what we went through today 😢 there are so many other lovely hotels which appreciate and take care of there guests!

Probably the worst "expensive" hotel aroubd thw disney area. Out first and last time. Charging $38 for parking on a property that is not even walking distance to Disneyland is just criminal. They also chsrged me a random $6 fee on top of the parking.
