The Westin was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. From our balcony you could see DL park. The hotel and surrounding area was decorated for Christmas, it was so beautiful. The hotel was in easy walking distance to the park where we met up with grandkids everyday. We loved downtown Disney also. Disneyland is the happiest place on earth

Upon arrival, our room was not ready at check-in. The following night, a fire alarm went off around midnight, and we did not receive any communication or apology from the hotel. We were only aware of the situation because a family member called and told us to evacuate. This has been our go-to hotel when visiting Disneyland, but these issues have made us reconsider staying here again.

I was told the room would be ready by 3:00. It wasn’t ready until 6:30. I got no apology. We were sent to the pool. Which made no sense. We found the rooftop dining on our own . Nothing was comped for the inconvenience. I paid a lot of money to stay here . Wouldn’t come again.
