Free shuttle to airport, runs 24/7 every thirty minutes. Free breakfast with omelette station which was fun for the kids. Clean and spacious. Staff was super sweet!!

Late night LAX
Stop over waiting on an another international late night flight! They let us check out late, stored luggage and told us where to explore, provided a shuttle to the airport! Very friendly happy hour staff (a little shy on snacks (drury inn is better) but an excellent breakfast with outstanding omelettes to order!

We have stayed at many Embassy Hotels before. Our room was booked months in advance and our room ended up being a corner mini suite, the air condition was noisy, the water was cold in the sink, maintenance came and showed us a trick to run hot water from the tub. A plunger was needed for the toilet, the complimentary bar drink was limited to beer, wine and and no mixed drinks available and there was a hold on our credit card for 1 month after check out.

My original room had a few issues with the TV not working. After going back and forth to the front desk several times, the property’s maintenance manager, who was off duty when I was having these issues, came to assist and noted that the problem could not be resolved that night. And told the front desk to give me another room. The front desk staff should have done that by the 3rd trip downstairs.

I always stay at Embassy Suites, unfortunately this was the worst one. Very old and run down fridge door was broken. Sofa bed was stained baseboard and wall paper was tearing off. The customer service when we checked in was very rude. I will never stay at this location and neither should anyone.
