The gracious classic Queenslander was built in 1907 and has been faithfully restored and meticulously furnished ensuring guests are hosted in Victorian elegance and comfort in a classic Queenslander built during the turn of the century Edwardian era. The property has over 200 m2 of accommodation and entertainment areas consisting of four spacious double or triple bedrooms all presented with antique furnishing complimented with an ensuite or private bathroom and all modern amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel.

Number 12 is located in a quiet street just 3 km from the heart of Brisbane City and a short stroll to the dining and shopping precinct of Oxford Street; and the ever popular and growing restaurant and cinema district of Hawthorne is just two-minute walk around the corner. Access to the city and the trendy Southbank precinct is just 15-20 mins ride on the river City Cat where you can get a grand view of the Storey Bridge, the beautiful city view and elegant river fronted properties.
