They do check ins via an app on your phone. They are supposed to send a text with the codes. I had to ring up twice for the code. Was not a good experience waiting in the heat witj a crying baby. You pay 50 dollars for an early check in by the way. Sounds like its some lady working from home checking people in. She didn't even send the code properly. She left out the room code. Luckily she emailed me the code or she would of got another phone call. You guys really need to review who works for you.
The chef is actually friendly and cooks delicious meals. He is on his own. So is quite busy. When you text the number for room service. He is the one you text. He takes all orders cooks meals and personally delivers, as well as taking any orders for people that rock up to the restaurant.

I had booked a room with disability access, but when I got there my room was on the second floor with no lift and no staff on hand to help get me to my awkwardly, situated second floor room from the underground parking area. I was unable to get another room as the property was fully booked.
The room equipped with very basic facilities, clean. The room conditions is a bit old. Room is located on 2nd level and there’s no lift, difficult for seniors and carrying big luggage. There was delay & error on receiving access code, spent time to resolve the issue.
The "automated" check in system is a disaster as well as the automated marketing system, never had so many irritating emails and sms messages from a motel. They should dump the whole system and put people on the desk again

Clean and close to the airport. The staff were friendly and the chef made me a good dinner. I will always come back to this hotel.
The check in was very stressful given that SMS/phone was required and I'm travelling from our of the country... I had to turn on roaming and waited while locked out of the building for someone to get back to me about the room code. Once I was finally able to reach someone (phone call wasn't going through but randomly it worked after half a dozen attempts) the service was great but I don't recommend this hotel for our of country travellers without an Australian phone number.
Eventually had a great stay.
Extremely difficult property to access., but a lovely appointment once you gain access.

It was an easy system to.operate getting in to the complex and the room. Bed was comfy..unit was nice and clean. All amenities that I needed..well maintained and a great location
