Ten stars, was a perfect location and experience for a week long working trip. Close to everything and as I was doing gig work, I was able to jump on the highway and go in any direction with ease.

Hi Team The check in was easy and seamless, the breakfast each morning was tasty and accessable. The only issue I have but at 67 years of age is an issue is the poor quality of bed. I would be happy to pay $50 extra per night if the bed was new and confortable. Thanks for a good but not an excellenmt stau due to the bed.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The floor towel was totally wet due to the water leaking from gap when showering. The wet floor towel was not changed, although it was moved aside.

Mecure have definitely updated the entrance and dining area, as well as room service, however they have limited the room amenity updates that really need looking at. Microwave, tv and ironing board all need replacing. Cleanliness and daily room clean needs to be better as well. Location wise - perfect - although walk to Westfield feels a little unsafe un the dark. Some signage wouldn't go astray either.
