My beloved 2 Bedroom Art Deco apartment is right in the centre of lower New Farm.

Literally, 2 mins walk to New Farm Village (Coles + specialty shops), New Farm Park, Powerhouse, New Farm Ferry Terminal, various Bus Stops, CityCycle and the CBD, you won’t need a car…just your walking shoes!

The space

Behind the façade, my apartment is at the rear of the building with classic Art Deco cornices, high ceilings, polished timber floors, period lighting, stylish artwork and elegant décor.

The brick construction with interior cement rendered walls, makes it so quiet you would never imagine that you were right in the heart of lower New Farm with the convenience of walking out the door to the cosmopolitan lifestyle has to offer.

The kitchen and bathroom have been completely modernised, while still keeping in character with the artistic features of the 1930’s era in the bedrooms and spacious lounge.

First time in Brisbane
This place was lovely and in a GREAT location. We took my parents (65+) around all of brisbane on foot and using public transport easily. We really enjoyed the relaxed coziness of the home. Andy was an excellent host. Be aware that there is construction happening next door so that will wake you up at 7am during the week. And since it is an older building, there were some minor issues with the electricity ? Oven did not work for us. Otherwise very nice and would recommend !

New Farm Magic
Absolutely loved our stay in Craig's Art Deco apartment with Mid Century accents. It is so close to everything that New Farm offers, Merthyr Village only 50 metres away. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Brisbane. Everything was catered for, all you need to do is unpack. Craig was a wonderful host and we will be definitely staying again when we next travel to Brisbane.
