GOT TO BE THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BOOKED. CATFISHED! Place was filthy. Run down with marks all over walls. the fridge looked like it was from the dump. Black mould smell throughout and signs of drug use in one unit. the property does not look like it's photos and now checking the other reviews I see others have had similar experiences It was that bad we could not stay there and returned the keys to reception. We tried to contact them to discuss a refund but so far have not had a response. Hopefully the manager will make contact after seeing this review and provide a refund.

Central close to shops, Nice big property, the lounge had black stuff coming off it which got all over you. The lack of hot water was an issue, water was just warm. Also the ceiling in the bathroom had repairs not finished. Property was good other than that. The no hot water was big issue with it being just warm as was winter and cold

It is a perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Suncorp Stadium. It provides secure onsite parking, easy access to free bus service to event and there are a number of good eating/restaurant options to suit all customer needs. We have used the apartments three times now and will use it again in the future. Reception staff service was excellent.

Totally misleading advertising. Was advertised with breakfast (one of the reasons I booked it) - arrived and the staff tell us breakfast has been reduced to a couple pieces of fruit, muffin and juice box. The excuse being the previous breakfast was complimentary - I don't care if it was free or paid for, it was advertised, and still is advertised on Expedia as "Breakfast included". I feel I should get a refund of $20.00 per day for this misleading information. Parking is advertised - another misleading statement. There are maybe 30-40 parks under the building - nowhere near enough parks. 3 nights we had to park in a dirty overgrown dirt field next to the hotel. There were tires, rubbish and shopping carts all over. Housekeeping, the website says "House Keeping" - however... You have to pay $18 to $36 for housekeeping to come in and change sheets and give you towels! This is not disclosed - very deceptive. I just checked and the website on Expedia does not explain this extra fee. Dirty!! When we arrived, our room was not ready because it was being "cleaned" - so we had to come back at 3:00pm. When we got to our room, the floor was dirty, the toilet had black gunge under the rim, there was dirty brown liquid at the back of the toilet, there were dust balls around the side and back of the bed cabinets, shower soap tray was busted off the wall and in the bathroom drawer, all the HDMI and USB plugs were broken - absolute fail. Totally mis-leading. I would never recommend!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED We chose this listing for the size- easily accommodated 6 people. However: 1. Literally immediately after entering the unit the first thing we did was sweep the floor. It clearly hadn’t been done prior to our arrival. The unit was otherwise filthy. 2. Our particular unit was dark and had an odour 3. The secure “parking” available is limited to only a few cars. If you are unlucky they have an empty lot next door- I would never feel comfortable with my wife or daughters walking there alone, very sketchy. 4. We booked this unit as breakfast was included. However just prior to our arrival they cancelled this service. We should have been notified or given a rebate. Very bad experience. The listing details did not match what we received.

Next to no parking, onsite and street parking, room was tiny, we booked a queen bed and got a double, toilet seat was broken and when I reported it she didn’t seem to care, nose from other guests and street noise was very clear, bed waa comfy but couldn't sleep because the hall light was so bright ans shine under the room door. Wouldn't stay again.

As a place to stay it met our need, however there were small components that would have made a significant difference. The room configuration wasn’t what we had booked and there wasn’t an alternative that didn’t keep the group together, the lift made an awful sound and it got worse during the day and there were small areas missed in cleaning. On a positive, the morning staff were fantastic and helpful. However, with some TLC this place would be an amazing base for anyone travelling, or needing accommodation in the area.

Our check in was delayed and when we were called to say we could check in, the beds weren't made. Sadly this meant we saw the state of the dirty matrasses. The bathroom in one of our apartments was pretty dirty. I rang ahead and asked if coffee and sugar were provided and was told they weren't, so I bought coffee and sugar only to find these were in the apartment. The staff were lovely and felt sorry for them because they were obviously short staffed. We would have preferred to wait at the shopping center until the beds were ready before checking in. ultimately it was great to find an accommodation to fit a large group of people and a great price and would come back again.

Probably the dirtiest place iv stayed. The staff were super unhelpful. Had to go down every day of my 8 day stay to ask for new towels and room to be cleaned even though I paid extra for the service. When I complained to staff, they pretty much acted like this was normal. After reading reviews it’s very common. We left a day early because I got sick of complaining to staff.

Disappointing stay.
We arrived in the evening after office closing. We had arranged for the after hours access details and were advised they would only be sent to us on the arrival day. These were not received and we had to try and contact someone lale at night to get access. The room was only had a bed, no other furniture and looked very spartan. An airline boarding pass from a previous client was on the breakfast sink unit, obviously not much attention to cleaning. We did not think the price was cheap, therefore expected a better outcome.

Unfortunately our room was a little tired and hadn't been dusted or cleaned properly. Great Location however and the rooms are big. Pool area is good and breakfast provided was fine. Close to Chermside shopping Centre and easily accessed from main road.
