Older hotel, but in excellent condition. Location couldn’t be better. Not a fan of paying a resort fee when I don’t use anything but the room.

Overall a great experience

I think this hotel is primarily fantastic because of its location. A massive multi subway station was just outside the door, and it's located next to an incredibly great rooftop bar and just a few blocks down from Time Square and one block off of the Empire State bldg. Plus it's relatively right in the middle of the city so you can go any direction you would like. This particular block of 6th Avenue next to it is also often used for street fairs and weekend activities, extending up a few blocks to Bryant Park. There's a small quaint open park diagonally from the hotel, and the hotel seemed nice in and of itself. The only one negative is the exercise room is lacking.

Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel. While the location is very convenient, it was the pleasantness of the staff that stood out to us. A huge shout out to Randall and the gentleman who checked our bags on our day of check out and returned them to us. I wish we remembered his name but he was very pleasant and patient.

Nice hotel, clean rooms

Liked everything about the hotel. Wish there were easier ways to coordinate parking garages with the hotel.
