Staff in reception were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Additional $10 for self-parking underground was better than other properties charging $30-50, but more than those who offer it for free. View from the unit's balcony was superb. Although a compact unit, it was very comfortable and offered everything that a longer term stay could have required, e.g. laundry space. I enjoyed my overnight stay, proximity to dining, rail, river, and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Super relaxing, self-contained and exactly what I needed for a short stay interstate. I got caught in about four torrential downpours I didn't anticipate, so I ended up being really grateful for the tumble-dryer!

Very well located with the ferry, train and bus close by. My studio apartment was well appointed with an excellent big northeast facing balcony. The bed was comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked well. I appreciated the washing machine and dryer as I had been travelling for a week by the time I arrived. Also appreciated the fact that the front desk was staffed for most of the day and evening with friendly helpful staff. Good value for the price.

Close to restaurants, ferry across the road and railway station less than 10 minute walk. Into was spacious and comfortable.Bsthroom update would be nice. Requested river views but we were put on 3rd floor which has building in front River views only from floors 4 and above.

The staff were friendly and the location is 10 minutes walk to the train station. They also had a secure parking. The room was clean and a good size for a short stay (1 night). I was assigned a ground floor unit without a view. which felt more like a duplex studio apartment than the standard one-bedroom shown in the website photos.
