Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Location is brilliant and the room was a good size, food in the restaurant could be improved as it wasn’t brilliant so we only ate there once.

WORST HILTON I HAVE EVER STAYED AT- Avoid!! First time I’ve ever left a negative review on here, but Double Tree Bath truly deserve it, air con didn’t work which resulted in a disrupted sleep. Moldy dirty window and the room we booked did not look as nice or as spacious as the one we booked online. Sofa bed significantly impeding the door access which became a more apparent issue when the fire alarm went off at 4am. Told this issue does not breach any health and safety rules but then they say they are still looking into it. Feels like customer safety and care is not a priority.

Our room and location were good. However, half the lights in our room didn’t work. Someone had to come in the evening and put new bulbs in. All of our soap and shampoo bottles were completely empty when we arrived and we had no toilet paper in our restroom. For the price we paid none of these things should have been overlooked.

We enjoyed our stay. Room, breakfast and facilities excellent. Close to old town attractions. All walking distance from the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Sonia who greeted us at breakfast and made us feel welcomed and gently taken care of, in the fine British tradition of hospitality.

Great hotel in a great location. I was lucky enough to get a parking space (had to pay £15) so some people have to use the multi storey. I also had no TV remote in my room which they sourced for me.
