We chose this hotel because of how close it is to Disney entrance and it was less expensive than the others beside it. But later found out they charge for parking, which is a gong show since the parking lot is probably half the size they need for the amount of guests. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, which sucked with small kids and our double stroller. They don’t clean or empty trash unless you ask, or just dump it outside the room yourself - and hope they give you more garbage bags and towels. The pool was freezing, but hot tub was nice. You can’t see the fireworks from this hotel, as it’s blocked by the larger one beside it.

This a great place if you just need a place to stay after a long day at Disneyland We got the king bed with pull out sofa bed room The rooms are small but clean Bed was a little run down not the most comfy. Customer service was great the front desk and valet were very kind and accommodating. A big plus also is it is practically directly across the street from the Disneyland walk in entrance At the time of booking this was the cheapest option for hotels directly across the street

Very tight parking. Away from the Main Street. Arrived at 9am and was able to get a parking spot but that may not always be the case. Arrived back around 10pm to get our room and go to bed.

We loved our stay at delsol the Parking guys were great !!! Check in was easy and staff was very friendly The only concern we had was very minor I’m not sure why there’s no hooks in the bathrooms there was no where to hang towels or clothing but other than that we loved our stay ! Walking was very close to Disney entrance !!! Will stay again

Room was much smaller than seemed in the photos. It wasn’t clean and not well suite for friends with the sink in main room. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The pillows were even worse. But it was cheap and you can’t get much closer to DL without staying at TGCH.

Overbooked and downgraded our room
Booked a Kids room online, which was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. They called me the morning of check in and said they accidentally overbooked and didnt have that room available. They offered a 2 queen room, which was a downgrade, but promised to have 2 rollaway beds for no charge in the room. When we arrived we didnt have any rollaways in our room. I called front desk and they said they would send it. The maintenance guy came and told me they only had 1 roll away left because they ran out. I went to the lobby and asked what else could be done. They said they were fully booked and all they could do was give us extra pillows and blankets. So one person had to sleep on the floor. Not happy with the way it was handled. They only waived the parking fee and that was it. Very unhappy that there was no other solution and someone had to sleep on the floor!

The parking for this motel is terrible. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get into the lot and the valet station is incredibly slow. Check in took another 30 minutes. And we were traveling with friends and the reservation that they had was lost. The room was clean enough and fine. But I would never stay here again.

It’s a bit hidden, however a very accommodating and close to the theme park.
