Serviced apartments in Jesmond

Laura was lovely when we checked in. We felt really welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant was clised that evening but we were directed to some eateries a few mjnutes walk away and had a lovely meal. Drinks from the hotel bar were very reasonably priced and we had a good breakfast in the morning. The lady who organised our breakfast and check out was also great. Overall, a lovely, welcoming hotel

Room clean and inviting. Check-in staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming - a real credit to the hotel. This was my first stay at The County but it will be my first choice for future trips.

Place was excellent and definitely will be going back. Few bits of minor feedback. Wardrobes could do with extra coathangers easily rectified. Our room could’ve done with at least one more double power socket. Everything was perfectly clean and amazing to look at but did feel like our shower needed re-silicon around the edges as it was looking tired. Loved what they did for Christmas as well exactly what we wanted place was decorated beautifully Amazing place Wood recommend

Bed was really comfy

2nd short stay, fantastic river view, comfy bed, food was excellent and discounts available 4-6.30 p.m. staff very helpful. Generally a nice atmosphere.

Friendly check in, clean and comfortable room also a courtyard that allows a smoking area without having the leave the hotel
