Fantastic stay got no issues. Only thing I would say is maybe the carpet in the city rooms need new as it’s very old and stained but didn’t affect our stay. Would defo stay again

Very pleasantly surprised , will definitely stay again ,The Staff were very welcoming and smart , location was excellent , Train station just over the road ? 5 mins and you are in the town centre ,overall a pleasant stay , we didn’t try the Restaurant as it was closing early due to the Riots starting

The check in did seem overly lengthy considering i had already paid for the room. The hot breakfast food wasnt regularly refilled. But waiting & bar staff all friendly. Overall i would recommend this hotel, very handy for train station. The Hudson bar is also good.

Breakfast was beautiful.
The hotel was in lovely condition for its age. The fan in the room was appreciated as it was very hot in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend and would stay again. Great location.

Breakfast was disappointing..no yoghurts, croissants, bread rolls, hot food trays msinly empty..ie no hash browns, mushrooms or scrambled eggs. No glasses for fruit juice.. ..seemed to run out of everything. However on talking to another couple they stated the breakfast the morning prior was faultless. Maybe a staffing/order/supply issue? .also little interaction from dining room staff.

Nice hotel and staff. Just disappointed with the room. Bed was tiny, room that wa too hot (portable fan!), above noisey outside area. Shame as breakfast good, sissy from ale to replenish.

Lovely hotel in a great location however room had no air conditioning and the window only opening be dry slightly, there was a small table fan but not effective. Bed wasn’t the comfiest
