Pet friendly accommodation in Juárez

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, everything was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mexico City. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast—it was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

I paid in advance for the upgrade. When checking in I was told at the desk it was already in my reservation. There is no upgrade when checking in they offer. I also paid for the club level which is on a higher floor with a sit down buffet breakfast and evening appetizers and wine. We used it a few times. Not worth it to me to do again in the future but plenty of food if you want to have your meals there.

Excellent location, friendly staff. We upgraded our room for an early check-in for a reasonable rate, and they included breakfast and happy hour. Very clean and comfortable.

Safe area, awesome breakfast

An excellent property with excellent service in a hot location. Though it is a little older, it is still very comfortable.
