What a nice place. Great area. Quiet but close to some tourist attractions but 2 min away from two train stations that will take you anyway you want to go. Sumida river is also 2 min away (walking). You can take a boat. Ask for round trip 2800 yen. It will take two hours or so but what a view you will have. By staying in this hotel. I hit a lottery. I was going to stay only for 3 day and end up staying 14

Hotel was brilliant, we were laughing when we arrived as the entrance is IN the bus underpass, NOT up 1 of the two escalators on the outside of the building! was a bit embarrassing hotel staff were great, room was clean, tidy and well equipped

Surprisingly quiet, nice environment, helpful staff

This hotel is very well situated in the heart of Shinjuku. Although the room was very small, everything was in great shape and worming fine. Great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. There is a nice bar with a good selection of japanese whiskey. We did not eat breakfast there because of the high price. I was there for 5 nights with my wife and our son. Overall I would recommend this hotel any day.

Great location, metro station is a few steps away, clean, good breakfast buffet, new hotel.

We had difficulty finding it, even though I have stayed before. We walked past it and went up the street, which was challenging because my daughter's luggage was heavy and she had her 7 year old with her. Directions to the lobby would have helped since between construction and no signage, we only found it by asking the construction workers. Otherwise, I like this hotel and wish we had more time there to enjoy it. It is directly across from the JR station entrance, there are many food options there, and the room was quiet and comfortable.
