Everything is good except some of the staff are not very friendly and unprofessional. When we arrived early in the morning, we understood early check-in is not available unless we pay day use rate. We therefore did some quick fresh up and organized our luggage’s bit. However, the staff pushed us and made us a bad day. She even said we could not leave the small luggage and seems she thought we wasted her time in waiting for us in decluttering. We spent like 10-min only for using the washroom and fresh up and it doesn’t make sense to refuse this. I was surprised and felt angry when she said I couldn’t leave the small luggage and asked for a reason. She then said okay! I don’t want to bother to complain but I hope things not the culture of Japanese. I have been travelled to Japan for so many times and probably she is stressed or sth which I feel bad for her too. We were so tired after the long red eye flight and we just want to use the washroom to fresh up a bit and organize 1-2 pieces of small luggages, out of a total of 5 pieces.

The room is very small. I though the station is close but every time we have to walk for a while to get to the right station. The staff is nice but just do their job and not willing to do extra.

The room is very small. I though the stations close to the hotel will be convenient but we have to go up stair and walk for a while to catch different train. The staff is nice but I expect they are more willing to help the custom than just do their job.

The room was well equipped with chargers, a mirror to do your makeup, love the night gowns they provided. Not to mention facial items at the front desk. An area for other items to take up to your room. A lot of hidden places to shop and eat. I would recommend this place and gladly rebook each time I visit Japan.

The property is conveniently located next to Shiodome station and only a short (covered) walk from Shinbashi station. The combination of these two stations makes traveling throughout Tokyo very easy. The room was tidy and relatively spacious. The hotel staff were kind and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast offers a nice variety of food choices. The hotel also had a generous free-pour happy hour (5-7pm) each evening for hotel guests. A very nice addition. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, convenience, and comfort. The area itself has plenty of food options and is relatively quiet by Tokyo's busy standard.

Clean and spacious room by Tokyo standards, and nicely renovated. Liked the happy hour offered to guests between 5-7pm (sample a range of Japanese and western alcohol), laundry facilities and public microwaves. Walkable to Ginza, and easy to access the Shiodome station on the Toei Oedo line to get to Roppongi and Shinjuku. Easy to use the network of sub-ground walkways to get you to Shimbashi station as well, rather than walk on street level.

Excellent hotel! It is very well located, in a quiet area without large crowds of people. Shiodome station is right next door, which is very convenient after a long day of walking. The rooms are small, but with enough space for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in what I believe is the financial district. It is attached to office buildings and two train stations. Another train station is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel was quiet at night (exactly what I was looking for). I didn't want to nightlife and crowds around the area I was staying. On the even floors, there were laundry rooms with vending machines. This made it very easy to not over pack. Did laundry once while there (dryers take 3 cycles to get my clothes dry). On the odd floors, there are microwave rooms where you can heat up food bought outside. Minato City is about a 10 min walk with lots of restaurants and shopping. There is an amazing taiyaki place that has sweet potato taiyaki (across the street from McDonald's). You never have to travel far for food options if you are feeling lazy and don't want to jump on a train. The area is not crowded like Shibuya or Shinjuku.
