The most Okies motel
We picked this location because it was near our cruise port. The stay was fine. Nothing write home about. Although we did love that it was walking distance to the charming downtown area. The room is recently updated and property is well kept. The bed was too firm for my liking. The door was not sealed. I could hear all the traffic, other guests coming and going and all their conversations. You could also smell cigarette and web smoke from other guest on the balcony even thought all the windows and doors were closed.

A very positive experience. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me suggestions or where to eat and where the closest ATMs were. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely come back again.

This is an old-fashioned style motel with parking in front. I was able to check in several hours before the official hour for which I was very grateful. My room has been completely updated and feels very contemporary. The AC and heater combo is quite noisy. No breakfast. I was told there’s a good café two block south. My room has a medium size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. No lobby. At registration I talked through a window with tinting glass. The glass was dark so I could not see the clerk at all. It was like I was talking to a black wall. The clerk was friendly and efficient. Parking lot was restriped with fresh paint today and looks very pristine. My door has multiple levels of locks, but only one really works. It seems good enough, but it’s puzzling why the old locks are still in place. My room is clean and tidy, but the floor threshold between my room and the outdoor space is very dirty. The city bus #950 stops very near the hotel.

for a quick stay, bare bones. room
the room was clean, no carpets, bare bones. I couldn't figure out the air conditioner, it seemed backwards to the normal way to turn heat on and air on. bed was under the curtain, which was a strange way to sleep with curtains on your head. it's ok for a quick overnight, not for long term stay.

Three Bed Room!!
This hotel is a Hidden gem in San Pedro. They got a room with 3 beds! It's cheap, convenient and clean. Service is top notch. It also has parking!! Internet was free with netflix on Tv! I'm staying here next time I'm in San Pedro!

Very affordable place to stay for a night or two prior to leaving on a cruise. Conveniently located and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast; our room was clean with comfortable bed. But noisy room that was too light. Would stay here again, but don’t have high expectations.

The Guest House is very conveniently located for cruisers. The room is huge and very clean, although you will hear the traffic. If you want a quiet sleep I strongly recommend earplugs, but otherwise it’s a great place. We walked in the late afternoon around the neighborhood and with my husband together we felt safe.

A lovely little hotel, family-run and no frills but very friendly and perfectly satisfied I arrived a little early and since housekeeping was still working they stored my suitcase while I went to find something to eat The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but doesn’t feel unsafe and there are restaurants, grocery, the waterfront, and things to do within walking distance I could hear traffic noise in my room but it’s a main road so this is normal. The only way to change that would be new windows. It didn’t bother me
