Our room was spacious and comfortable and the atrium was the same as well. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our stay in LA and this was my teenager’s favorite one. Breakfast was good and plenty. The only minor issue we had was that our shower/bath fixture was leaking but it didn’t cause any problem for us just a little wet around the tub. It was great/convenient to be so close to the airport/rental car drop off. But that said, it was a little busy/noisy of an area (to be expected). Central location to visit beaches.

The majority of the staff either didn’t know what they were doing or they were very rude. The air conditioner stopped working on 8/11. With me and another person being ADA individuals this did impede on our health.

Front gate broke stuck in garage ac don't work toilet broke in room maintaince had to fix it and we didn't use the bathroom it was broke when we arrived front desk don't answer phones at front-desk if they helping customers at desk no multi task skills they like to give you free watery drinks to comp you on they bad experiences..no valet..pool was out of service... microwave did not work.

We enjoyed our family stay at this establishment. The front desk was extremely helpful upon check in, with our food delivery, and they even gave us fresh towels for the pool.
