I booked two nights stay because i knew i was going to be arriving early in the morning o. The second day i only needed one night i arrived at 1130 am the morning after the first night of my reservation. They said they gave my room away and made me pay for the room again. They completely scammed me.

Parking was a bit tricky but nothing you can do about that. Very busy place with excellent rooms. larger than expected rooms and very clean. Lobby and elevators could use some attention but realize that the traffic through there is insane being an LAX Airport location.

The only requirement I had for a hotel was an LAX shuttle, and this place for the bill. But it also ended up being comfortable, clean, elegant, and within walking distance to an In-N-Out burger. We grabbed some dinner, sat on the rooftop and watched the planes land at LAX. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, convenient to airport.
We had trouble logging into wifi but Jose @ Concierge desk was very helpful since my daughter needed to log on to take a college final. Shuttle doesn't run every 15-20min like the front desk stated so plan for extra time to catch the shuttle to the airport. Otherwise, very nicely appointed!

Stay away from this hotel!!! You will get a broken & dirty room and then the hotel will take your money!!! The room was so dirty and the shower door was broken so I couldn't take a shower. (ROOM#1204) The soap dispenser was totally empty, so I changed rooms right after checking in. I felt so sorry for my 73-year-old mother who went with me to change rooms, dragging heavy luggage. When I changed rooms, the air conditioner wasn't working at all and it was really hot, but it was already 1 am and I didn't have the energy to drag my heavy luggage and change rooms again, so I just slept. (ROOM #718) After sleeping in room number #718, my body itched all day long and I couldn't stand it. I went to the front desk to complain and asked for a room change, but they said there was no room available. The hotel staff calmed me down by offering a full refund. The staff even wrote "Refund" and gave a note to me with her email and manager's business. However, as time passed and a refund was not given, I contacted them, but there was no reply, and in the end, the hotel said that they would NOT provide a refund. The staff gave me a business card and said she would refund me both current and upcoming reservation, but it was all a lie. The total cost of the hotel was $1300 and they kept all of $1300. (Current $500) $800 is for upcoming reservation, but I won't go there ever again!!! The hotel seems happy; I cancelled the upcoming reservation but the hotel took the money and sold my room

ROOM 718 GUEST-DISAPPOINTMENT
I had issues with my stay. I wanted to like it so bad for the availability that was open same day of booking. Unfortunately I was given a room that didn't have working a/c. It was 92 degrees outside and the a/c never kicked on. I literally was so calm every time I mentioned it to them. Accepted their old school fan to cool down the room to buy them time to fix the unit. I even let the maintenance man "reset" the wall panel. DID NOT WORK. Im in the D*** room with 2 kids suffering with a fan thats barely doing justice. We had an early morning to go to a theme park so we were gone half the day the next day. I returned to the same conditions. Nobody called to discuss the matter like they said they would. I was pretty much stuck at the end checking out to accept that I never slept comfortable. They offered me a refund thru email of half of the stay. I took a video of the panel that didn't work and current room temp. They still never called back nor adjusted the full charge. Honestly, pick another hotel. Pictures is cute. Fulled me. The pool is like a bathtub for 4. I had a couple towels in my room that looked like someone toenails got jammed in it and scratched the thread off. Just terrible.
