I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I can tell you that the front desk folks need training.
For starters, no one smiles.
Second, there is an air of âweâre doing you a favorâ when all theyâre doing is their job.
Third, they speak among themselves in Spanish and try to interact as little as possible with the guest. Can they please acknowledge people and realize that their paycheck comes from the very job theyâre suboptimal in?
Extremely displeased with front desk folks, but the hotel has everything youâd need - free parking, good AC, reasonable shower etc.
If only the management trains the staff!!
The breakfast attendants are ok, but for some reason they werenât restocking yogurts. They just put out a few at a time.
