I really appreciate the staff who supported me after checking out my hotel early then missing my flight to Australia. I came back to the hotel after missing my flight and feeling so stressed out. The shuttle only comes ever about 45 minutes when they said 20 minutes. The breakfast is very expensive despite how much you pay for the room. The is NO reception in the rooms I got zero bars if the door was closed. The wifi for some reason was not secure. And the water pressure is very hard unless you want to freeze. Also when you call no one answered about 70% of the time. But staff was nice and room was clean. But unfortunately due to all the other things I wouldn't stay here again.

Always a great place to stay and now that they are part of the LA VIP Shuttle it’s even better! Free shuttle service but the best part…it smells so good. But the little convenience store was needing a serious restock. Slim pickings!

Well a clean hotel close to LAX, so as we got in late it definitely served its purpose. Also, the free morning coffee downstairs was actually pretty darned good. So overall I’d give our experience a solid B.
