We arrived to LAX around 10:30 pm. We went to the place to wait for hotel shuttles. We saw at least 5 shuttles for the other Hyatt, the Hilton, Marriott, and others pass. It took over 30 minutes for the one shuttle for this hotel to come around. Needless to say it was a shuttle packed with people. If you don’t want to wait all night stay somewhere else. The front desk was understaffed as well. It took forever to check in. The room was the smaller hotel room I’ve stayed in, in years and it was a king room. The bed took up most of the room. Could barely get our suitcases to fit open on the floor. Oh and it was $25 for a half bottle of wine. Mean while the full bottle was only like $11 at the store. The mark up was a bit ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay here again. Oh and our view was of a wall…

Property was nice and quiet. Could have been better if they provided house keeping service. We stayed for three nights with no house keeping at all. On our last night we had to call the front desk to inquire what is happening and we were told that somehow the house keeping staff missed our room twice in a row. We requested them to move us to a different room and they did it with no questions ask. If you must stay at this hotel, make sure to let the front desk know you need house keeping. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

Convenient location close to LAX, but the shuttle is not ideal. There is only one vehicle that goes back and forth, so there is not a guaranteed time and you can be waiting 35-40 mins+, even though it may only take ~10-15 minutes to get to your gate. We ended up taking a Lyft. Still, for our purposes of staying close to the airport for a flight the next day, it worked ok. Rooms and facilities new and clean.
