Poor condition

Floor had staining. Bathroom wasn’t clean and shower floor had cracks and stains. Over all property was old and ran down looking. My TV would also stop working and when I called they just left me on hold. Had an event to go to and the ironing board was also missing.

Parking was great. However, Once you walk into building from the parking lot - disappointment… the lobby itself was like a camp ground with people sleeping on the floor and the luggage scattered around the lobby floor and occupying the bell carts. When I asked the front desk where I would get a bell cart for our luggage - I was told they did not have any bell carts available. Our room was nice and clean. The lighting could have been better the lamps made the room dim at best. Once we were ready to shower and turn in for the night another surprise… the shower head was not adjustable so the water was extremely harsh. Definitely not kid friendly. The water that came out was with the same intensity as a power pressure washer. The towels were old and worn out to the point where you can see the fibers threaded out on the edges. And my room did not match the picture displayed on the Expedia app.

This was my second time staying at this place and completely shocked on how downhill it’s going. Our floor smelled like weed the whole time I understand it’s legal in this state but I’m pregnant and not everyone enjoys the smell. We had to ask for basic necessities like toilet paper since they didn’t leave any when cleaning the room. Definitely not staying here next time.

Pros Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Clean. Interesting architecture. Cons Room was hot, even after turning the AC to 68°F. The hallway had a bit of an oder. The water in the room was $5/per bottle.

The rooms were very nice with lots of space and clean look. The airport shuttle was very quick and the shuttle buses are large. I was told that the shuttle doesn’t fill up, but the 4:45 am shuttle to the was completely full and everyone at the time did make it on. We were told last minute that the driveway was not available, so there was no place to easily drop our items (from a rental car) and avoid parking briefly.

Stayed for 1 night, and didn’t realize it was right across the Sonesta that I stayed at before. Arrived a little later than I would like. Parking was simple, it’s a covered garage with multiple level. Just be aware of the signs as it accommodates both big hotels next to each other. The front desk gentleman was amazing and kind. Even offered to switch my room out for a more convenient one. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and will return.
