With the construction entrance into the building was difficult. Also, in the actual room, there was no cold water. The shower and the sink all had hot water only. Lighting in the rooms dark it was challenging to find the switches the turn lights on. The dining area tables were sticky from potentially the cleaners use to clean them? And the light in the room had the light on off switch right next to the outlet plugs which covered the switch. Poor design.

Rooms small even on top floor. Everything is overpriced and I mean overpriced. $96 for 2 day parking and room service prices are ridiculous. $30 for milk and cookies is most laughable. Late to a event cause bar code given for in and out privileges wouldn't let me out. Had to back up, park and go all the way to the front desk to reset it.

I AM GIVING A 4 STAR, EVENTHOUGH THE STAY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REQUEST A TOOTH BRUSH AND TOWELS NO ONE ANSWER THE FIRST TIME AND THE SECOND TIME, THE AI SYSTEM ANSWERED AND TOOK OUR MESSAGE REQUESTING TOWELS AND TOOTHBRUSH, AROUND 9PM, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.

The room was alright. When asking for a room change because it was an interior room and issues with the A/C, we were denied and had to deal with the squeaky and very loud noises every half an hour and was woken up by it multiple times during the night .

The people next room talked loudly from midnight to at lease 4 am. The sound insulated is extremely poor The bad design of bathroom makes wet floor after bath. The airport shuttle is confusing: Hyatt Regency, and Hyatt Place run different shuttles. There are more than one Hyatt Place hotel with different shuttle line too. Be aware it’s shuttle doesn’t always stop at each terminal

Watch Out for This One!

I arrived at the hotel, & I had already paid for the room in full prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, they gave my room away to someone else, and didn't have a room available to me. I had to sit in the lobby for the duration of the stay.
