BEWARE OF SHUTTLE
This hotel is very close to the LAX airport and provides a shuttle, which was very appealing to us. The actual hotel is fine -- nice rooms, a restaurant/bar that seems to be open all the time. BUT BEWARE, the shuttle is NOT dependable. we waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle from LAX (about 2 miles away). We called twice asking about the shuttle and told them where we were -- it NEVER SHOWED UP. Other shuttles to other hotels came by at least 4 times each but not the Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd.

The beds are super comfy, the breakfast was great, the pool table in the lobby very nice. The room is spacious and comfy.

The property was ok. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Parking was confusing, but we got it figured out. The biggest complaint I could make about the place was the temperature of the hot water. It wasn’t hot, never got hot. Took a warm shower!
