The staff couldn’t be bothered, and seemed irritated when customers arrived. The outside wasn’t very safe. A lot of homeless and random sketchy things going on. Maybe this is typical for this area? Rooms were decently clean for the most part. Checking out was easy, as they had a drop box for keys. They send an email with your receipt if you do choose this option. Overall the stay was just okay.

I was very pleased with everything at The Hyatt Place. I will definitely stay again. We arrived early and they let us check-in, with no additional fee. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Never again.

It was nice downstairs, but it was over priced. You had to pay a $100.00 per night, for incidental. Trust me, it was basic, nothing fancy in there to take. It didn’t come with a steamer for your clothes or Alexa. I do not think it even came with an alarm clock. I’ve stayed at nicer places that was worth the money.

The only minus was the understaffing of breakfast. Many items hadn’t been refilled - no cereals, no milk for coffee, bread was the only “pastry” Otherwise, rooms were clean, front desk helpful and shuttle drivers went above and beyond. We stayed at the same property a week ago, and the breakfast was fine then.
