I’ve stayed here a few times and overall have had good experiences. During my most recent visit, the front desk lady seemed to have an attitude, which stood out since the rest of the staff was wonderful and welcoming. I did request bottled water on two different days, but unfortunately, they were out both times. Really inconvenient to say the least. The breakfast is consistently good, but the coffee could use some improvement. It would help if the coffee urns were cleaned more thoroughly to remove any mineral deposits.

Parking was $45 per night, which is reasonable for being close to the airport. However, the elevator wasn’t working after business hours, and there was a strong smell of urine in the elevator area of the parking garage. The air conditioning in our room (1033) wasn’t working, and after a 7-hour drive, we had to move to room 933 at 1:30 AM — a major inconvenience. The phone’s handset wasn’t working, making it difficult to communicate. It was evident this room hadn’t been properly inspected before being rented out. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.
