I’ve traveled alot and been to alot of hotels but have never been asked to pay a fee for an early check in. They even informed us that the room wasn’t used and was ready so it wasn’t like we were going to inconvenience a cleaner to clean the room. Was completely disappointed. And i also payed for breakfast but wasn’t allowed to have it because it was the same day…..

Hyatt Place LAX Century Blvd Review - Sept 2025

Staff were extremely helpful from point of check-in; at the restaurant; at the customer assistance desk located in the lobby. The rooms were clean and modern. Room lighting was natural, promoting calm and a good evening's rest. The only gripe I have is that there wasn't any glassware in the room, necessitating a trip to the bar for two glasses. The bartender was obliging, however, but insisted we return the glasses after use.
