We were only here overnight while we waited for our next flight to the East Coast. But the receptionist could not have been nicer, more helpful, and more accommodating. She really went above and beyond to make our very short stay as pleasant as possible. The room was nice and spacious and recently remodeled and clean. We also grabbed a bite to eat in their restaurant. Again, it exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding. Marcus, our server, really provided exceptional service. And the food was fresh and tasty. I got the chicken noodle soup and spinach salad and my husband got the smashburger. Everything was outstanding. Nice way to end the long day of travel.

Customer Service No Bueno.
First off, parking is not free. I would think if I am paying to stay at a hotel that parking would be included for guests but no. The hotel offers (for $75) valet parking or you can pay to self park to a third party for $48. Second, as far as service goes. I parked at the lobby entrance to check in and the receptionist said. “You better move before they tow your car” by the time I went to my car my wife had already been confronted by the shuttle bus driver with an obnoxious knock on the window telling us we were blocking him from pulling in. Hey, I didn’t see any signage and also there is a way to speak to people. The supervisor stared and didn’t do or say anything to the driver in regards to toning it down or maintaining professionalism. This ruined the whole experience. Coming from working in customer service my whole life, This hotel deserves 2 thumbs down. I guess as far as the room goes. It’s a clean room with a bed. It served its purpose. I guess that’s why I am giving 2 stars. It’s all about that first impression and the staff did horrible at making that impression be a good one. Memorable yes, but not in a good way.

The room was clean, however, there was a lamp that wasn’t working properly; the bulb was not screwed in correctly, we fixed it. The lever in shower was loose which caused the water to be very hot. The coffee maker was filthy, unusable.
