Because I’m a Bonvoy member, they upgraded the room. Had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and the service was excellent. Was surprised when I got the bill, what they charge to park in their parking garage. Self parking $60.50, over night. I found that extremely high! You should be charged less if you’re staying at the hotel, and also if you are a Bonvoy Member.!

The stay was good and comfortable. Beds were nice and pillows were great. Had a window overlooking the dog kennel and that woke me up early in the morning. All the barking and barking and couldn’t go back to sleep and we were in the sixth floor but the window was overlooking the kennel.

I really enjoyed this hotel for a quick trip to LA. Their complementary 24/7 airport shuttle was a huge pro. All of the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My only "cons" were that they don't offer room service, and the sound of planes flying over is constant and made it a little hard to sleep at night.

Overall the hotel is very well kept and the staff were wonderful. However, I’d like to point out that there is no room service (apparently not since Covid - there has been ample time to remove this from any site that you are advertised on), the WIFI is NOT free (something like $20 a day) and the parking was expensive, at around $50 a night (which I understand given the location, it just should be advertised as such). Overall a good stay though and I would definitely come back. Keep up the good work westin :)
