The staff at the Hyatt really made the stay for us. From check in to Sunday breakfast each member of the staff was helpful, warm & efficient. Great service. The hotel itself is well equipped, well maintained & stylish. Breakfast was fantastic. Only issue is the albeit free parking was a considerable distance due to the holiday closures.

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. Great location, easy walk to shops, restaurants, and museum.

Really clean hotel, friendly staff just 15 mins walk from the main shopping area and 10 mins from Oxford Road station. Breakfast had an amazing selection of fruits, meats & cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast and pancakes.

This is the 3rd time we hv stayed here and i think they hv taken the regular guests as granted !!! The room wasn’t cleaned properly, there were no slippers or bath robes, we were two of us and there was only 1 towel. So what can I say ……… disappointing
