The room was very dirty, (floors, carpets, lounge, bathroom)
Floors had not been cleaned. Carpets had gum on them and dirty, lounge was disgusting, lifted up cushions and found so much food, bathrooms were both unclean and mouldy, only one light in each bathroom working (not sure if other lights were disconnected or blown) no shelf in en-suite so everything was sitting on the cistern. Too light at night and not private. Most walls had marks on them and one bedroom had a large hole in the wall.
Beds were low but comfortable, good cupboard space and plenty coat hangers. Kitchen was good, balcony was spacious and good view (over railway station and city) great location.
Communication was extremely poor and unprofessional with Cozy Hosting. After we finally managed to get checkin instruction, we got to the apartment complex only to find that the supermarket where we were to pick up the keys from was closed! So an hour later of sitting in a foyer, many emails (yes emails) and being queried if we were sure they were closed (With mobile phone quickly going flat - and our plans for the day having to be changed) I was sent a photo of where the keys were left. Then they had the audacity to message me to make sure we would be out of the apartment by 10am. On checkout we had to send them proof of leaving the keys on the table, even though the door is left unlocked - so I made sure I took photos of everything!
