Great hotel
Great hotel, went to a concert at Bp live and our was a 3 minute walk. Next door to loads of restaurants and plenty to do. Only moan, was how long the food took to be served in their restaurant for evening meal.

Brilliant hotel.
Molly was amazing when we checked in. She was extremely helpful and suggested places for us to go as no one in our party is from Birmingham. She was welcoming and friendly and is an asset to the hotel. All 4 of us were in one room and there was plenty of space. The room was clean. Great place to stay!

Overall: very good. Convenient location; excellent parking (only £10); great staff; spacious room and bed; good Aircon/heating; super clean; easy check-in and check-out; good menu; generally in god condition. Could Do Better: like all chain hotels, doesn’t quite hit the mark in some areas. Desk chair wouldn’t fit under desk because of arms; no integrated USB connectors in power points; power only on one side of the bed; and the caged shampoo/conditioner etc makes you feel like a criminal and was so beryl placed as to be inaccessible while showering. Bad: charging extra for room service PLUS an additional £3.50 “tray charge” is offensive to travellers. Surely all room service involves a tray? Just build it into the price! Despite the little things, I’d stay there again.

Excellent weekend stay. All staff were incredibly friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception organised free drink for mums birthday which was greatly appreciated at the end of a busy day. There was also plenty of parking and lovely breakfast.

Room 504 bed was poor more like a trampolene. Staff coped well with loss of electricity on Friday at 9am Ali in the bar and restaurant was excellent.

Great hotel with great staff!! 5⭐️
Everything was first class from parking in the car park to checking out. The staff were courteous, polite and extremely helpful at all times. The evening meal was delicious with good portion sizes and the breakfast was my favourite. A full english cooked to perfection, not like the dry stale food you get at budget hotels!! Overall, a fantastic stay and id return again if required. I highly recommend!

Great location but needs a refurb
Fantastic spot for gigs at the arena which is literally next door. Sadly the furniture has seen better days and all the wood fittings were very chipped and scratched. Breakfast was excellent and staff really helpful
