I liked that they give guests coffee and a mini breakfast every morning. I also like that during the day they give out fresh cold water near the entrance for any guest who might be thirsty. I also like that the hotel is close to so many stores and restaurants which makes staying there worth it. Rooms have good sheets and pillows. If I only had one complaint it would only be that restrooms are kind of small. Would make anyone taking a shower feel claustrophobic. But other than that, in my opinion a very recommended stay!

Great down town location. Very noisy street outside. Old windows were a little hard to close fully to minimise outside noise. Breakfast consisted of cakes and coffee and fruit. 2/3 healthy choices want bad ;-)

Good location but better hotels in San Fransisco
Positives - central location, storage for baggage, free coffee and snacks in a morning, good breakfast place across the road, darts, pool and shuffleboard available for free in the lobby. Negatives - rooms are really dated and tatty, our room wasnt ready for the 4pm check in so we had to wait, there is a bar advertised but it wasnt open at all for the duration of our 3 night stay (which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel). Staff werent particularly helpful in comparison with other hotels we have stayed in.

Perfect and Comfortable
The perfect spot, walking distance to Chinatown and easy access to transportation. Our room had a view of a wall and was completely closed off. At first disappointing but as a result, there was no city or traffic noise when we were sleeping. Also, the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on. 5 stars just for that. There was a pool table in the lobby which I would have loved to play on but sadly, we weren't there for pool and our schedule was full. Would stay again.
