Motel from hell
There were bed bugs on the king mattress and roaches in the bathroom and the shower head was not functioning correctly the fridge barely worked so once we discovered the infestation we ended up leaving at 830am

Normally I don’t do the ratings but the condition of this hotel was so bad that I felt compelled. I was late ,so I booked it last minute . I was surprised that how city has not shutdown this hotel. It is filthy hotel with cockroaches . Room had no working lights and the Air conditioner was broken. Washroom sink was cracked and property was in despair. I will not recommend this to anyone. fGood location but horrible hotel. Poor condition, filthy and below

We enjoyed our time here. It’s close to golden gate park which is AMAZING and HUGE. It’s right across from the ocean but there’s a berm so you can’t see water h till you walk up the berm. No complaints at all, but in the morning we noticed one of the guests in panic. Their Kia was stolen from across the street. Could happen anywhere and especially in a big city. The hotel was quick to review video and provide it to police which made me feel safer and happy to know that they advocated for their patrons.

Very quick and efficient check in process. The parking was very close and well lit. Small convenice store a few feet away for essentials as in coffee the next morning. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite as we were 3 travelers wanting a seperate bed each. It was November and very cold and an extra blanket would have helped. I am not sure if we could have requested one from the front desk as we did not ask. Great value for us as we only stayed to sleep and wanted convenice and efficiency. Perfect for a family that wants space and or privacy. Would stay there again.

The location is key here and even though the rooms are dated and the furniture is old, it is right across from Ocean Beach, so it was ok for me.
