Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. I am not a big fan of using a kiosk for checking in or out. They were even broken one day, so why bother? Use people. Customers like the human interaction. Technology has its role but there are limits that we need to accept.

The Hotel is actually in the Terminal building with reception on the Departures floor, so it makes checking in very easy. Staff are efficient -dining and drinks options v nice and not unreasonably priced. Booking a night there before a long flight in the morning to London took a lot of stress out of travelling.

This is an airport hotel. The rooms are small, the air-conditioning doesn't quite work and the coffee and tea marking facilities are basic. Probably not a hotel that you would spend more time in than you had to, but very convenient to the departures terminal. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good.

the room is nice and clean; I understand rooms in Japan are small; a long shelf above the TV towards the hanger rack would be a great addition; it’s quick you ran out of space by the time your spread your wallet, keys, then place the water pot to make coffee; we stayed here a night before departure; overall, it was great. breakfast was excellent.

So convenient, especially for jet lagged travelers just getting into Tokyo or those needing to depart on early AM flights. Easy check-in. They will hold your bags, if needed. Nice adjoining restaurant. Rooms are small, but very sufficient. Would definitely recommend as a one night stay. Luggage shipping close by.
