Its a business hotel, rooms are small and turned down every three days. Fine fir single occupancy or short stays, your mileage will vary. Its a good bet for the budget traveller.

All in all the facilities and staff were excellent. The only issue I had were with the cleaning staff. I understand they had a mandatory cleaning every third day but they barely did anything after being very insistent on 'cleaning'. We actually were away from the hotel for a few days and when we finally got back to rest the cleaning lady kept disturbing us, even though the room hasnt been used in that time. Same cleaning lady every day so if she had half a brain cell she should have noticed it hasn't been used. I am not a man of many details but if I do the same thing everyday I would definitely notice if nothings changed going in and out of the room. Seemed like the tv was also frozen out due to this 'mandatory cleaning'. If they actually cleaned and vaccumed thats one thing but they only did the bare minimum of changing out the trash can and leaving any bottles or scraps of paper on the table, even after we did our best to accommodate them and put all our belongings in the corner so they wouldnt have to touch our stuff.

This is my father best bet I've ever slept in my life. The pillows were a disaster though like 1 cm thick. The hotel will not let you check in any earlier than 3:00 p.m.. we tried to check in at 1:00 p.m. and they said absolutely not it's 3:00 p.m. check in. I went at 2:30 and said can we check in now after exhausted traveling. They said yes for 1,000 yen. We paid it got in slept

Convenient location within short walking distance of 2 metro stations and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is however on the small side but it is to be expected for the price paid. Only complaint is that there is only 1 lift for the entire block so it can be frustrating at busy times.

First time staying at an APA. The staff was great and was able to communicate enough English during check-in an answer questions. I would say, although likely normal in the area, the rooms are small if you are two people with a single bed, especially with luggage. Keep that in mind.

The area wasnt too central so it was a lot less busy- which we enjoyed. Alot of food and shopping options within walking distance and several stations for commuting. The hotel staff were all very accomodating and helpful too.

Nice hotel. Tiny room. No check in service.
Check in experience was poor. Lined up like at airport immigration at multiple passport scanners. Noone talking to you. Scan your passport and press a machine to get your room card. Noone to welcome you or guide you to the elevator. Only one elevator for like 15+ floors. Room extremely tiny. 2 people would be walking over each other. I'm 5ft 9 and my feet were at the edge of the bed. Pillows hard and flat. Wifi stopped working and they couldn't change my room so I got given another rooms wifi password for slow wifi for the next few days. Cleaner was great fixing my room every day. Shower in bath. Bath literally 3 foot long. Shower head was in an awkward position. Really tiny bathroom. Sink was at a really low height. Had a small selection of English movies for free on the tv but subtitles when Spanish or Italian for eg were spoken came up in Japanese instead of English. View from window was another building about 3m away so no view. Plus was that there were razors, Toothbrush, brush, etc to use. Coffee and Tea but no hot chocolate and no milk. Hotel restaurants close at 5pm and aren't open on weekends. Staff and chef are lovely though. Rooms were quiet enough. Could hear sirens every now and then outside and a neighbour with a loud tv but it wasn't enough to wake you up most times. Hotel was clean in the foyer. Check out was self check out with a machine. Noone to say thanks for staying.
