I closed this hotel due to my last awe fil experience stay at B.Ginza Hotel Tokyo. Many hotels in Ginza were very expensive, rotten furniture and extremely snobbish staff……The APA hotel and crew at Asacusa made my trip very easy. From check-in to luggage service, the staff smiled sincerely and with very polite gestures. The room is very spacious given the superb location , I found all the amenities clean and up to date. The highlight is the onsee on the top floor, 5 stars ? I would give it a 10.

Stayed here for a few nights after our arrival in Tokyo. Rooms were small as expected but staff were courteous and helpful. The location is convenient as it is located close to the subway. The only downside is that there are only 2 elevators, so sometimes we had to wait a while to be able to go up or down.

This is the third APA hotel we stayed at during our recent Japan trip. This is by far the most ran down out of them. The hallway and the bathrooms needs a facelift. You can tell it’s an older building. The service remains phenomenal and courteous though.

Overall was nice except only two elevators to serve such many people. I stayed on 3rd floor and need to wait over 3 rounds of elevator to the lobby in the morning peak hour even at 8 am. Also there was only one washer and dryer which definitely not enough

As expected small rooms, what I didn’t expect is not able to open my suitcase freely. Other that than, the room have all amenities you need. The staff is friendly. Very clean hotel. Definitely would recommend it for people who wants to stay in the area

Perfect Last Minute Booking
This was a last minute booking after messing up my flight times. Needless to say, this was perfect. This hotel was nice, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a great location. There was another location with a similar name but I figured out which hotel was mine. All in all, this is worth the stay, short or extended.
