Great location! Being straight across from the newest station on the Yamamote Line was extremely convenient for travel all throughout Tokyo and surrounds.

Smallest rooms in the world. Charge you for everything. Check in early-charge. Check out late-charge. Store your luggage-charge. No common area to sit with family given room is too small to sit in. Staff supposedly spoke English but couldn't help with much. They sit there while you struggle to check in on an on line system that isn't user friendly. Might as well fire the front desk people and handle all activities on line because the staff did little to help other than scoff at your when you struggled. Clean room every 3 days but will do more often but feel guilt for asking. Oh, do this supposedly to save environment total BS they do it to save money and blame it on saving the environment.

The property is very nice and well maintained. Rooms are very small. If you are traveling with multiple people it can be difficult to have multiple suitcases in the rooms. There is a lot of construction going on across from the hotel and on the road. There were limited dining locations within walking distance aside from 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart that are half a mile down the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa is available but tattoos are prohibited which is very common in Japan. Overall a good experience. A good place to stay if traveling on a budget and you are wanting a safe, reliable, and affordable place to stay.
