Great location, within 10 mins walk of two train stations. Close to Senso-ji and many famous food stalls and restaurants. Comfortable hotel, great room size for 3. Love the separate toilet, sink and showe/bath which makes getting ready easier, and Intelligent bidet…love!!

This was a great hotel, rooms were nice and clean and spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. The hotel offers cultural 'experiences' such as taiko drums, Japanese silent film lectures. The hotel also hosts a 'happy hour' from around 3PM-9PM on the top floor. There are complimentary Japanese snacks and beverages and great view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. We enjoyed relaxing in the air conditioner, sampling the snacks (some had explanation cards on origins of the snack) and beverages. Appreciated the laundry room with coin washers/ dryers, vending machine & microwave room and luggage storage. Hotel is close to restaurants, 24 hour Don Qui, Daiso and the usual convenience stores. Only CON: taxi drivers had difficulty finding the Annex building and tried to drop off at the main Asakusa View Hotel, which is across a busy main street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

When I booked the room it showed a view. We got to see rooms in hotel across the alley. No in hotel dining. Breakfast should be included. Just add it up front. No room service. 10th floor evening snack room with view was a nice touch.

I really loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very conveniently located near subway stations, a lot of food places, and other stores. I wished the hotel had a bar or a kitchen besides breakfast only on property but not as big of a problem with so many places around. Best feature of this hotel is location!

At this rate, we could afford other property in this area. The hotel is brand new, but please don't expect much in terms of service. The only exception is Odaka-san, who was happy to explain the route to the Shinjuku area by subway. The housekeeping staff need to be trained again."

Take out the smoking room. The entire 2nd floor smells like smoke. Many properties are smoke free now and it is better for the guest and the staff. The lounge was nice but one person working there is not enough, Many nights we go to the lounge and no snacks were left, only drinks. Also have signs guest need to put on proper attire and not walk in with the hotel slippers and pajama. Check out should be down with staff. Staff had to help everyone at the self check out kiosk and then take the hotel tax at the counter. I think it will be faster if the staff just did the check out. Take away the help your self toiletries. Just put them in the room, I see many people taking all the free toiletries. I think just put them in the room

self check out makes no sense. I have to check myself out but still go the the counter to pay my hotel tax. I think it's faster just to check out with the staff. Also I think the lounge needs one more person. The one person at the lounge at night is overwhelmed. The breakfast menu is only ok, I think it better to have more option at the buffet and not menu for main meal. Housekeeping was very good and very courteous.
